1.Prepare bathing environment
Adjust the water temperature: First adjust the water temperature in the bathroom to ensure that the water temperature is appropriate, generally between 37℃-40℃ is more comfortable. Too hot water will make the skin lose moisture, too cold water is not conducive to cleaning and relaxing the skin.
Get bath equipment: You can get a bath ball, bath towel or bath brush and other AIDS to help foam production and promote cleaning.
2. Moisturize your skin
Turn on the shower or soak in the tub to moisturize your skin. The best use of water shower gel is on the wet skin, can better play the role of moisturizing and cleaning.
3. Take proper amount of body wash
