1. Prepare the Bathing Environment
Adjust the Water Temperature: Set the water temperature to a comfortable range, generally between 37°C-40°C. Water that’s too hot can dry out the skin, while water that’s too cold may not cleanse or relax the skin effectively.
Get Bath Equipment: Gather your bath ball, bath towel, or bath brush to help create foam and enhance the cleansing process.
2. Moisturize Your Skin
Turn on the shower or soak in the tub to wet your skin. Using the shower gel on wet skin ensures better absorption of moisture and makes cleansing more effective.
3. Take the Right Amount of Body Wash
Dispense an appropriate amount of Hydra Clean Deep Moisturizing Shower Gel (about 2-3 ml, adjust based on personal preference). If using a bath ball or sponge, apply the shower gel directly to it, then rub gently to create a rich foam.
4. Gently Massage the Skin
Use the bath ball, palm, or sponge to apply the foam to your skin, starting from the shoulders and working your way down to your body. Gently massage, focusing on areas prone to sweat and oil accumulation, such as the back, elbows, and knees. The rich, delicate foam wraps the skin for deep cleansing without drying, leaving it soft and hydrated.
