1.Apply shampoo:
Pour the appropriate amount of anti-dandruff shampoo into the palm, the general use of long hair is the size of a dime, short hair is halved. If the hair is long or greasy, you can appropriately increase the amount, but it is best not to exceed the size of 1 cherry at a time.

2.Massage scalp:
